All orders in Haze Smoke Shop are packed professionally to minimize the chances of any kind of damage to the product and avoid any inconvenience during shipping.
Once a packed product leaves the Haze Smoke Shop distribution premises, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping company and the customer that purchased the product.
Orders will be shipped by CANADA POST and UPS unless otherwise specified by the customer. Haze Smoke Shop holds the right to ship the product by any safe mean to the customer.
Returning orders are shipped only at the cost of customer’s request.
Refused orders by customers are subject to freight charges and a restocking fee of 15%.
If customer recieve the product and deems it to be damaged/broken/physically compromised, then it must be reported to Haze Smoke Shop within 48 hours of receiption of goods/products. If reported after 48 hours of receiption of the goods/products, return requested by the customer will not be accepted.
We do not accept for return any consumable products such as E-Liquids under any circumstances.
